Essential Safety Measures Compliance

ESM Compliance is a specialist company in the field of Essential Safety Measures and was established in order to assist building owner/s and property managers to comply with Essential Safety Measure legislation.  

New building regulations have been set down for all commercial, industrial and public building owners regardless of age to have prepared an Annual Essential Safety Measures Report (AESMR) in order to provide evidence to reporting bodies that their buildings are being maintained and performing as required. This compliance management process can be both time consuming and confusing for property managers and building owners alike and as a result it is permissible to have an agency act on the owner’s behalf in order to prepare the (AESMR) and manage this process. ESM Compliance can fulfill this role on behalf of the owner.
